Hello Heather, Sorry to see your review. You are always welcome to reply to the confirmation order email or tracking emails sent to you and of course via our contact page on our website. We can see your order arrived in the US three days ago, so it should be there shortly.
We like to include the two shipping options on our website. Standard International Post (6-27 days) or DHL (3-5 days). We do understand the Standard International option which you chose can be slow. We are looking to export to the US so we can be local for everyone there, as we never like making anyone wait. We only want everyone to have a lovely experience with our brand, so we are very sorry about this. We do hope you enjoy your products when they arrive.
